Customizable calendar

Material You are coming very soon to create Google Calendar, Drive and Meet

The application equivalent to spraying multi-colored sticky notes in your cabin

Pixel owners who have jumped on the beta of Android 12, know that the Material You look, with its short-radius curved shapes, the invasion of the Google Sans typeface, and its complementary color schemes in pastels mitigated, comes a load of Google Workspace apps over the next few weeks.

The Workspace Blog announced its launch schedule for apps that have not yet been returned. Material You for:

  • Google Drive is available from today with v2.21.330

  • Google Meet will be available from September 19 with v2021.09.19

  • Google Calendar will be released on September 20 with v2021.37

Any color coding you set for calendar events or formatted text should remain the same after these dates.

Gmail users should already be able to experience Material You and its much-vaunted dynamic theme with the August 24 update. Docs, Sheets, and Slides changed on September 1 with version 1.24.342 on every app.
