More sexually explicit content for NYers on OnlyFans

New Yorkers will have to find their sexually explicit content elsewhere than OnlyFans, now that the platform has banned it. The platform has hosted a variety of content creators who provide “nasty” videos and photos to their followers, but most of those activities will end soon. OnlyFans has announced that it will no longer allow this type of content. According to a email he sent to the creators, the porn ban will go into effect on October 1. Not only will no new porn content be allowed, the old content will also have to be removed from creator accounts by early December. Nudity will always be allowed, so there may be “leeway” in interpreting what is considered sexually explicit.

Apparently, the decision was made due to pressure from the credit card companies. PornHub was in a similar situation some time ago.

Only fans noted the change was necessary for the platform to continue to operate,

In order to ensure the long-term sustainability of the platform and to continue to host an inclusive community of creators and fans, we need to evolve our content guidelines.

I just deleted my Onlyfans, creating my own more futuristic, higher quality @ myystar8 platform at only 10% cost. Creators can also make whatever content they want! Apply now to be the first to receive an invitation. Myystar.com

This new option for creators of sexually explicit content in New York and the country will be available early October, that’s when the OnlyFans ban goes into effect. According to a Press release from Myystarr, the platform will also charge creators a lower fee than OnlyFans and give them the option to sell non-fungible tokens,

Tyga sets out to expand its digital business portfolio and offers a new platform that gives users the creative freedom they deserve in response to OnlyFans’ ban on sexually explicit videos in October. This new platform will take only 10% of creators’ income, compared to 20% for OnlyFans, and in addition to subscription content, creators will have the ability to sell NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain, as well as features relevant to the music industry.
