Smoke All The Marijuana You Want At The New York State Fair

Well, it quickly escalated! Marijuana was recently legalized here in New York State and you can now smoke like a chimney at the New York State Fair in Syracuse. The fair will begin this Friday, August 20 and will run until Labor Day, Monday, September 6, 2021. According to Spectrum News, you will be allowed to smoke weed at the fair, if you are an adult. Smoking will be permitted outside, but will not be permitted inside or at Chevy Court and Chevy Park.
Here’s what you need to know to attend the Great New York State Fair:

Dates: August 20 – September 6, 2021

Admission cost: Door tickets are currently $ 3.00 (excluding fees and taxes)
Cost of parking: $ 5.00 (excluding fees and taxes) **Must be purchased online
Concerts: Free with paid entry (Nas, Tee Grizzley, 98 Degrees, Bell Biv Devoe, YG, Nelly and more perform)

Nas to perform at the New York State Fair

Hip-hop legend and rap god Nasir Jones will take the stage at the New York State Fair. The best news is that it will perform for free (with paid entry to the Fair). Nas will be the interpreter for the opening day. You will be able to see him at 8 pm on Friday August 20, 2021. It will be six years since his last performance at the State Fair when he takes the stage. Its last show at the Fair in 2015 drew an audience of 30,000 and was the Fair’s 8th largest attendance, according to Syracuse.com. Visit the website for more.

Erie County Fair returns August 11-22, 2021

The Erie County Fair will be held Wednesday August 11 through Sunday August 22, 2021 at the Hamburg Fairgrounds, located at 5600 McKinley Pkwy, Hamburg, NY 14075. The board says it will consider the recent announcement of the New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and provide more details in the near future.
