Welcome to the SELF Spring Reset challenge! This challenge contains four weeks of training that will help you build physical strength, mental stamina and feel fulfilled.
Below you will find the training schedule with our four week program. hereyou can download a printable version of the challenge calendar, with the workouts we’ll be doing each day, designated rest days, and even a column to remind you to take note of a daily gratitude moment. We recommend that you save it on your phone or print it out and paste it on your fridge. Just place it in a place where you will see it often.
Small reminder: each week, you will have five active days and two days of rest (or active rest). On active days, you can follow related workouts. On days off, stretch, do yoga, or take a walk. Remember, this challenge is for you! You can adjust this workout schedule and schedule to do what works best for you.
